Sounds unlikely - people would have posted threads and bug reports.
Saw it on Yamiks' live stream earlier today.
Wish I had already seen several threads informing me of this issue.

Went out opal mining earlier today so the first time using the mission board as of 7:45 PM today came up with this exact same bug: Go down too far on the list and BOOM! Stuck. Have to exit to the main menu to get out of it. Frustration level is at

Never thought I’d see you actually complaining for once. Nice change, keep it up!
For a work around , it was a mouse bug for me, if I use just my joystick I can get the mission board to work.
