anybody elses game running like for a little bit after yesterday?

I was on the other day just doing some raw mat farming when suddenly my game froze for a couple seconds, when it unfroze the SRV rader did multiple quick scans before everything slowed back down, I thought "huh maybe the sever had a little hiccup". now today I log on to continue and the loading screens move at 5~ frames a second, not like it moves at normal speed but it's just performing badly, checked task manager and everything is nominal, evetually it fixed its self but I was wondering if anybody else had some similar happen to them
