Elite / Frontier Anybody got a list of Elite+ Keyboard Commands?

I'm looking to do a Top Shift linked to the 35th Aniversary of Elite but I don't have a copy of the keyboard commands for the DOS version of Elite+. (It's different from the standard ASXNM flight controls).

Does anyone have a list of the commands somewhere?

Both numbers 1-12 and F1-F12 work.
