Anyone else getting this texture issue? Is it a bug?

These baskets used to look as they do in the icons, but now they have this weird texture. It's like this in every zoo where I'm using them.

I'm pretty sure I'm not using any mods-- I added a screenshot of my folder to prove this. (Unless there's somewhere else that mods go? Pretty sure I've never used anything more than Freebuild and Expand Borders.)

Thanks for letting me know! I get way too worried about mod issues even though I hardly use them
