Anyone else having issue buying ARX from frontier store?

It has apparently been going on for some time, for some people.
I bought a small pack of ARX for one of my accounts a few days ago without any issue, so it isn't universal.
Perhaps a quick missive off to Customer Support asking for advice may hasten the 'fix'?

I assume that you've checked and double-checked the card details being used? I had an issue a couple of months ago when my browser would keep bunging in the details from my old, cancelled card instead of my new one.
If you're buying ARX with a specific purchase in mind, double check to make sure the price is still what it was last time you looked. You might find you're not buying enough ARX any more.
Can't even log in to Frontier on Firefox now and I hate this "edge" thingie.
I've been experiencing the exact same issue as this. It literally only just started this evening for me.

First thing I did, Bank has confirmed that the issue is at Frontier's end not the card etc.. The bank said, it processes, but then gets immediately refunded, Tried, G-Pay, and the card directly, both fail. Even tried multiple cards, I guess I just am not buying any ARX lol
This is exactly what I suspected but alas the bank said it wasn't the issue.
It is working now - just when I had finished raising a support ticket too. LOL
For me too - I just wanted to see the new 'structure' with my own eyes...

its working at the moment i use firefox too and had no problems, just bought mine

Apparently the problem persists. Tried to purchase ARX for my alt on Satuirday. Funds were withdrawn from my bank account but no ARX showed up. Can't do it through Steam as my alt is an Epic account. Money has not been refunded either. I filed a ticket with Frontier, now just waiting to hear back from them.
I'm wondering if Cloudflare is somehow involved with their payment processing. Cloudflare is trying very hard to force browser fingerprinting, and Firefox won't have any of that nonsense.

I don't know - but I use Firefox and was able to buy Arx last week... No, don't say anything...
I don't know if it is exclusively with non-£ orders though.

All is fine with the card (Mastercard), money is there, but the Frontier store returns this.
The sites I only visit via Chrome mostly work, just like Frontier's Arx store. I've only had to use Chrome once or twice for purchasing Arx. Firefox worked fine many more times.
I did successfully purchase enough Arx for the Stellar P2 via Firefox a few minutes ago. It's apparently working fine for US currency via Visa.
