Anyone else missing "First discovered" and "First mapped" tags?

After the 2nd September patch this morning the "First discovered" and "First mapped" tags seem to be gone.
My home system is Guuguyni which I am 1000% sure it was discovered and mapped by various CMDRs before the patch.
Now there are absolutely no tags (see screenshot).
However, I only saw a few posts in scattered threads and one issue in the issue tracker so this might be an isolated problem.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: It seems to affect only some planets and some of their tags.

I just tried to map a previously mapped planet which had the first discovered and first mapped tags missing and nothing happened. Which might be good, it could be that the data is still there only not showing.

Still, no idea why they are missing for some users.

Jep confirmed and I made a remark on the issue; thanks for creating it

(my homeplanet has no more tags - Sure its just a visual thing)

The issue was already opened by someone else. But thank you for confirming. The more data FD have the quicker they can act. At least I hope so :)

Missing from here too. Whats happening? They destroyed again half the things that worked? Jesus Christ.
And system map for other system than the one i am in, sometimes is not opening through galaxy map.

Omg did FDev finally remove those? It's been an ask of mine since day one (2015 for me). God I hope it stays that way.

I've been missing first mapped etc for ages. I've even put a ticket in with system details and screenshots and all FDev did was to say they needed more information. So I'd advise that you don't bother wasting your breath going through all the rubbish I had to go through.

Yeah, my exploration and surface scanning is hopeless at the moment. Everything is missing and I'm able to get "first mapped by" on super old systems in the bubble. what.

Holy cow FDEV, a patch for a patch for a patch for a game that has been around for years, and you break one of the biggest aspects of the game. Again.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Anyone experiencing this please confirm the issue in the OP as it seems that unconfirmed issues expire after 30 days.

A reminder that 10 confirmations (reproductions) are required to change the status to Confirmed.
Looking at the state of the issue it requires 3 more confirmations.

Missing a bunch for me also, all missing in my home system as well. If that doesnt get fixed soon, bye bye elite forever for me, since i 've spent weeks mapping 100s of systems around it..

I could see these Wednesday and they vanished after the update. Added confirmation to the report. On PS4 though assuming this is across all platforms.

Yes, I've seen reports for both PS4 and PC. Not sure about Xbox but I would say it's no exception.

Just made it home to Shinrata Dezhra and same applies here too of all places. However, I am not sure this is relative to the last patch as I have just returned from the Formadine Rift and am pretty sure it was happening out there as well. I returned before the September update and have not played since until this morning to check out some of the bug reports reported here. The mission board bug does not seem active on my machine though, does this only happen when actually choosing a mission or even when just exploring the missions available?
