The Cobra can land on a small pad yes. So can a Viper. The Cobra is still designated as a medium multipurpose ship. I fail to see the logic here. The pad is not an integral part of the designation. I'm basically saying the Courier is above the classification of being "small", based on what we have been told, and based on what we can see for ourselves. We *know* it is not a specialised ship, and we can *see* that it is in the neighbourhood of the medium designation. There are no big mysteries here!
Edit: Oh yeah. Think I got it now. Was not talking about the pad at all there. I'm guessing small as well. Just a bit annoyed at some people wanting it to be a fighter, when it is clearly not.
