I tried a couple of Military planetary outposts myself, but none had them. I searched on eddb.io and found some at the nearest option, but it took me two waits on restock, as they were nearly out, so I'd advise trying somewhere a bit farther out first, as lots of people will be looking for them.

I have just been there, can confirm. About 8000 stock.
Use trade data on the galmap. Not great for finding deals, but fantastic for just finding stuff.

I use the trade app and i looked all the web sites with find commodities app and even if it says only a few hours updated and 4750 in stuck... I check the market and cant even find landmines.... Do we have to get a minimum relation or something to get this or something???
