Anyone using Touch Controllers?

I'm just curious...
I use a combination of HOTAS and Voice Attack meaning I can do most things withoug removing the Rift headset or needing a keyboard (unless I search for systems on the galaxy map), but I was wondering, is it possible to set Touch Controllers up as virtual joysticks? Has anyone tired this?

The touch bindings use only the buttons and sticks on them, not motion functionality.

There is at least one project that tries to implement motion controls, the one i know of was made specifically with vive wands in mind but i havnt kept up with it tho so it might be cross compatible by now or possible to port.

I tried using the touch controllers to fly in Xplane and its just not for me. Give me a yoke/HOTAS every time.

+1 to Sierra_Hotel, even if you do get the touch controllers working with the mod i linked i do not think that the experience will be even close to as good as you would get with just using the default binds on the touch controllers.
Having physical axis and buttons, such as the thumbsticks/buttons of your touch controllers or even better, your actual hotas, will always be more responsive and precise.

I definitely want to be able to use touch controllers, as well as roomscale VR, once Elite Feet are added to the game, but using a controller to operate another controller, when I have a perfectly fine physical set of controllers already? No thanks.
