New decals require updates to horizons and they said thats Over with now so unless thats a compatibility with EDO critical update there will be no new Decals to EDH...

(which seems to be happening a lot lately, I think I need more sleep - no CG this week please)

I'm getting the same behaviour as you @Cori. I have a pair of 5A collector controllers; I hold down the trigger, and I hear a noise like one is being dispensed, but nothing shows on the scanner, then I hear a pair of pops and two appear on the scanner in quick succession, then a delay and another pair, and then another delay before the final pair.
I have a video of it but am having trouble editing it to clarify this. The key info is that from pressing the button until having all 6 limpets out takes 6 or 7 seconds.
