From the piont of view of the Gamemechanics it should be no problem to Make similar designs of the viewing dome and viewing log placeable in the lagoons.
The Dome would have more curved windows, because its a much stronger design to resist the waterpressure in our 15- 30m deep Lagoons.
The Log would be replaced by an short underwatertunnel skin for the building.
The fact that Dome and Log have tunnels to an Entrancebuilding outside of the Enclosures make them ideal for modifcation as new underwaterattractions !
I think it would be an relative easy way for the team of Frontier to make the lagoons more interessting.
Placeable bigger rocks and kelp would make it perfect.
What do you think ?

Instead of a Log, it can be a rock and we should get new rock formations to go along with it, the problem comes with the creatures needing to interact with new collision elements withing their space.
The Pillars of the Monorail can be placed in the lagoon and these go all the way from ground to surface of the laggons and theres no problem with collision elements for the Marine reptiles. Sometimes the Animals glitch trough the Pillars, but i guess that what be no great problem for all the Gamers that enjoy the new atractions ;) !
BTW. the Dome what be relative smal and flat, so there should be no problem at all .
Kelp would not really need any collision objects and would give the Lagoons more 3 Dimensional Strukur to work with.

Yeah, a lagoon viewing dome and underwater tunnels, that could be placed like regular paths but instead turn into a tunnel that lead from one end to another of the lagoon.
Kelp and seagrass are also must haves.

I definitely the idea of having underwater tunnels and viewing domes as it would help to make the marine reptiles more visible. One change that would be needed, in addition to appearance changes to match their environment, would be they would have to be immune to storm damage because ones we just got in the recent update are vulnerable to that, but if they are placed underwater then they should to damage from storms. I like your idea of having some marine vegetation options to the game. In the first Jurassic World Evolution game, they offered coastal vegetation, but they don't offer that in this game. I discussed some of my ideas for new types of vegetation and new plants that could be used as decorations that could be added to the game in a previous post, which I will include the link for here: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/more-vegetation-options.612791/.
