MUCH respect to you guys that stay around and fight. It is really frustrating to get involved in hard aggressive one on one fighting and then have the target switch off the computer.
NOT every pilot does this but it is a regular event. Respect to you for your believes and I guess it is folks like you that make the game what it is

I have to say I've never met a combat logger. Ever. Most of the people who come to fight us in Archon space are seasoned pilots who know why they're there and know the risks involved. We all do. Almost every enemy pilot I've met in my year playing ED has been there for the ride, and we have a good laugh with it. There have been the odd exception (I got accused of cheating once even through my ship had no shields left and was damaged at the end of the fight! lol), but over all the community is really good. One of the reasons I still play ED I think.

Been trying to raise cash in Namarii last couple of evenings but siding with Emperors Dawn (and Kumo) in open is somewhat of a challenge to say the least. I haven't seen a single Dawn cmdr so far. I have seen the opposition though. Luckily parked my FDL for the duration but my new Vulture just isn't fast enough to get out of trouble in those pesky and common 3v1 scenarios.
