Are Mars and Luna considered "airless"?

FD are going to have to hand craft the moon (Luna) so that will be the reason for the permit ... they probably haven't finished it yet.

Also because staying well below the Armstrong line(limit) of ~62,000ft is a good call. These rather clingy pressure suits that Elite pilots are wearing are amazing...

Edit: Not a comment on the jet flying on Mars, just an additional note on altitude and pressure with Elite looking at atmospheric landing in the future.

As i understood, no, you should be able to get that permit, so it will be ready. But you'll need to work a little to get access.
