I ask because I'm nearly at WP11 from DW2 (yeah, lagging seriously behind), and in over 400 jumps I haven't encountered a single one.
There's a design flaw in Stellar Forge about the neutron star density.
Oh yes, I found a very long neutron highway roughly 1000 LY
If i'm not mistaken he was talking about a neutron highway that went through 2 sectors. The 1000 LY was in regards to how far off of the galactic plane said highway was located.[/U]I think you missed a Zero
Look at the neutron density picture above and tell me with a straight face this isn't a design flawIt's not necessarily a design flaw, it's just the way it is. And the way it is gives us the neutron highway.
I recently arrived at Beagle Point, and on my last run (which was around 9500Ly) there were only two neutron stars. I followed the highway out of the core, though, and that cut down the first part of the journey considerably.

Ok ok. I blame my englishA design limitation and a design flaw are two different things.![]()
Yes, there's lots of them - but! You need to go outside the 'dead zone' in which there are very few neutron stars, travel 1,000 LY away from the axis (up/down/sideways if you're heading north or south, where north is typically towards Beagle Point). There's a design flaw in Stellar Forge about the neutron star density. See here: (with thanks to EDAstro)
