Actually I think that 1.3 looks brilliant.
Especially the two Alliance powers are something else than the usual power hungry individuals.
What I do not like, though, is that the mass / jumprange relation on the Diamondback seems to be about 6.23% off. It should jump further. I hope this gets fixed in 1.3.1.
Furthermore it should be a bit clearer which systems are actually exploited and which are controlled, and how current states for the fortified and undermined systems influence them.

For 1.3 I am interested in:
* reworked mission system and does it fix old issues like branching
* crime/ramming update
* exploit fixes
* huge list of traditional improvements
and I don't even touch PowerPlay and new ships as I am not that interested. Yes, I want passengers and NPC dialogs, but there's no deny that this is huge update in terms of gameplay.

Beta for 1.3 was deliberately put back, but not due to technical reasons like we were told...

I am using F5, but nothing is happening. I am not sure why. (F key, 5 key. No, nothing, try again. F key, 5 Key, still nothing. Bloody keyboard!).
But I have paid for this and am ENTITLED to have it as soon as I get up in the morning! They said 26th, it should have been ready at 00:00.01 this morning! What are they doing? Having a day off for yesterday's public holiday?! Sleeping?! I mean didn't they know my world will collapse if it isn't out RIGHT NOW! I am the centre of the universe after all!!!
