Interesting... So it let you disembark too by the looks of it, not just walk into the light?? Just to let you all know: you can use Artemis in much much higher temps![]()
What about over 1400 K ?

If that's not enough, what about 1450 K ?

Artemis lvl3. With temps in that range you can survive less than 40 seconds.
Yeah before I found out the limits I tried the light side, the terminator and the dark side. The temperature range is 831-1,623K.
I originally misremembered it seems, and it is closer. But the planet is only 223Ls from a B class star, so it's pretty warm and bright![]()
It would be nice for us to be informed of things like this in the patch notes, so I don't find out when I'm 25 Kylies from the planet I needed to land on!Yeah, they seem to have changed it so you can disembark, but will take damage as the heat is so high. Reasonable I think.
It can indeed and does. I noticed a couple of weeks ago when showing someone the system to explain something that the temperature range was around 500-800K! I had expected some slight changes in temperature, but not that drastic. I did check the orbit and it is a reasonable amount off centre from the B class star it is orbiting, so with an orbital period of 80 days, there is a fairly big window of when it would be within safe ranges. I just happened to arrive initially at the wrong time.Could the temperature drop if you go there when its the furthest from the sun?
