I think so, I'll tell you ... in about 10 minutes (Testing out how much engineering you can do in the n00b zone I get to do a few resets )

Confirmed. I guess they give a few ARX to new CMDRs. Not sure I would recommend it for long term ARX acquisition

Been putting that off due to Minecraft holding my attention for a while but there's cheap shinies in the store this week that I can't drool over without a carrier to look at the preview. Sadly, I already hit the ARX cap...

Was any further testing done? I can wait until next week, and hopefully the special pj's will be cumulative.

Tested and confirmed at the front end of the new week: Purchase Fleet Carrier = 0 (yes, ZERO) ARX...
