Assassination Mission Improvements

Hello FD! I have some ideas for assassination missions.

The first idea is the simplest - state the ship and/or combat rank of the target which you'll be hunting.

The next idea stems off of the first - let's have more assassination missions, involving almost every type of ship, if not every ship, with hugely varying payouts. For example, we could have ones very similar to the ones of today, where you can kill an Elite Cutter for 500-600,000 credits, if not more, whereas you could be paid 25,000 credits to hunt a Hauler who's a known smuggler. This caters to newer players, as they can say "hey, that's not an exactly difficult target!", and it would definitely improve immersion if they're working for a company directly. With the introduction of NPC faces in 2.1, it would be awesome to befriend a contact of X, say, Mastopolos Mining Inc, and carry out mission after mission for them. Perhaps the system could be edited so that if you do enough missions for a contact, they will always have missions for you to do that you can accept.

The third idea is to use these missions as reasons to use often unused and great game assets, such as the thicker asteroid belts and ice rings. Let's say your target is currently hiding in an ice ring - its your job to seek out evidence of his whereabouts (skim the ice ring in search of a rendezvous point, or a stolen, damaged nav point, while in supercruise). When you find him, kill him. If he gets away and you can't find him, you've lost the mission.
