RCT 3 IOS Atari?

Atari was the original publisher of Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, and the hideous undead shambling thing wearing its skin seems to still have the rights to the series. I don't see Atari's name on anything to do with this version of RCT3 so it looks clean enough, but can it be verified that 2015-Atari doesn't have anything to do with this version of the game?

As far as I know Atari have no hand in it. Frontier made a deal with Atari nearly 2 years ago which gained them distribution rights.

I can confirm that Atari had nothing to do with the iOS version of RCT3
