I've seen it happen - a Python, a T9 and a couple of Sidewinders attacking an outpost in Tarach Tor way back in Feb/March 2015 during a conflict.In-game now? You'd get absolutely destroyed. However, in Lore, a few Anacondas should be able to knock an Outpost offline. That's how pirates take over outposts.
