Hi,
After several dozens in-game hours I came up with two small but - in my opinion - nice improvements to consider. I do exploring most of the time so proposed changes are probably irrelevant to non-explorers.
1. Auto-triggering of a 'honk' scanner after exiting from hypercruise. Holding a 'fire' button for several seconds after each jump has no point in my opinion. Just let the scanner charge automatically after the ship appears in the new system.
2. Route plotting in GalMap. I would like to be able to do it in the following steps:
- set a target system and any star filter I want (for example: KGB FOAM)
- click "plot route" button and wait for the result
- after the route is plotted, change the filter to something that can be completely different (for example: stars with economy)
I'd like to have no risk of unnecessary and unwanted re-plotting of the route and have possibility to look at the galaxy from different point of view at the same time. In other words - I'd like my plotted route to be persistent until I hit "plot route" button again.
Thank you for your attention.
