Automate MVU through Ranger posts?

I think it would be good if Mobile Veterinary Units could be assigned ranger units and automatically respond within their range when checking posts the same as rangers?
Or else ave an optional upgrade which allows rangers to call in MVU's when they check dinos on patrol?

Just to make things run a bit smoothly and cut down on the click wait click

This would be even better to round out the trio, as you can already do this with both the rangers as well as the capture teams, so the MVU would be great as well.
