Automatic CG Sign-Up

Almost every time there's a CG I read of someone who forgot to sign-up so their initial contribution wasn't counted. Could we just assume that everyone making a delivery is signed-up already? It seems to be just an unclear UI issue really.

Only problem with the idea is the RP fiends who would never want to have Imperial / Federal / whatever CGs on their transaction tab. You could make them opt-out-able by adding an 'Abandon' option.

Now you just have to solve the problem of not reading the end-date - more of an issue now CGs can be 6,7 or 10 days...
