Would it be possible to add an avatar/ peep creator like from Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 where we can create family's and guests that can walk around our parks instead of just creating our own avatar?

I never knew that, when did we have to pay for it?
I think it was one of the tiers of pre-ordering... Like folks who got their names on the entry path... That was one tier during pre-order stage...
