Aviaries

One thing to know about me is I'm a HUGE bird lover, and one thing I'd love to see implemented are aviaries. Now this wouldn't be for birds like peafowls, flamingos, etc. This would be for smaller, flighted birds you often see in zoos, such as owls, parrots, eagles, falcons, etc.

The simple solution would be to make it like an exhibit, where you can plop down an empty aviary and then fill it with whatever bird you want to.

Problem with that is the small size that would create.

The more exciting solution would be to create aviaries yourself. Can you imagine a walk-in aviary with turtles, lemurs, and parrots flying about?

I figure this could work based on a 'volume' system. So basically you would create the barriers like normal, and then the height of the barrier determines where the top is. Either it gets filled in automatically by the game, or its left open and up to you to construct around it to keep the birds contained.

I understand this probably is too complex to really implement properly, but it's still something I would absolutely love to see.

EDIT: Whoops noticed after posting this that someone else brought this up already... Well, regardless, it's one of my wishlist items too!

"someone" is the understatement of the year!
I think, every PZ player has this super high on her/his wishlist!
Including me, of course.
