if you relog or jump out of the system it will eventually spam the scouts

I've jumped out and back again, but it was still spawning a sensor. May be exploited to have BGS shift at stations with blackmarket?

I've also somehow managed to scoop one and destroy it at the same time. It was 30% hulls left and I was near 40 m/s, got in the inventory but I still had two materials and heard the destruction sound. Maybe it could be reproduced.

After numerous reworks I decided that running hot with a small AFMU is easier than using a limpets/cargo. I have a beam laser with thermal conduit I put on after I get back into the tempo - at that point there's a sweet spot where a scout just melts to the beam/MC combo, the hull burns clean, and It's on to the next target.

lol i use the thermal vent beam on my python for those toasty rails.

Whether you are harmless or elite in combat rank will make no difference to your PvP experience. However, the game will spawn higher ranked hostile NPC pirates if you are Elite. Especially if you have cargo or active missions.

Well, the only thing that is leveling is my aim with rails and my combat rank - hence no SLF in there
