They sent him an application for a credit card, he scanned it into his computer, changed the T&Cs, filled it out and sent it to them.
The bank signed it, sent him a credit card and a copy of the signed agreement.
Then when he didn't pay the fees (which in the signed agreement he had no fees and an unlimited credit limit), the bank tries to sue him, took him to court, and lost the case!
He's now suing the bank for not paying the fees to him he put in the T&Cs
I really hope he wins the case and the bank are forced to pay him.
