As of this morning, I cannot find the Barnyard pack construction pieces among the pieces I can place in Franchise mode. It happened on multiple maps (Temperate Asia and Tundra Europe) but I did not test it any further.
In Sandbox I do find the pieces.
I also do not have access to the path props (guest benches etc...) as they simply do not appear in the list / menu.
Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
