Conflict zones are all over the galaxy right now. Just conflict zones isn't good enough.
I now went to Khasiri - Federatation station Matteucci Terminal to see if they had missions. 50k LS away from the drop in that was unreasonably long, but they didn't have missions for BD+03 2338 anyways. I did this because the non-Galnet Ho Hsi zone did have missions available that way. Going back to Blenkinsop now to see if anything changed and I just had an unlucky BB draw.
Back at Blenkinsop - nope, nothing here. FD?
I just wiped out three elite raiders at the checkpoint, does that raise my combat rank at least ? Does that achieve anything?

+1 Same thing happened to me.
Problem is that I took the missions from the faction that I wanted Rep with (Gold Advanced) and now my rep went DOWN with them after completing.
On a side note, has anyone found a station aligned with Gold Advanced Partners? I have about 50k in credits waiting for me in bounties, if I could find a place to cash it in.
I don't think this has to do with content writers, as all of this stuff is supposed to be automated. FD needs to figure out why the faction rewards are off.
Went for Kashiri, accepted the community goal mission. Went to conflict zones in BD +3 2338 and gather bonds. Upon cashing the bond in the original station, it counted toward the goal. Cash-ins at other stations did not count.
Hence, i would say, that the community goal is working as intended.
