Bears Stressed for No Apparent Reason? Bug or am I missing something?

Been having this problem post update 1.0.3 it seems. It seems to only happen with my Himalayan Brown Bears and my Formosan Black Bears, both are in exhibits with 6+ meter concrete walls on guest path sides and only viewing areas are 1 way glass, correctly placed. I won't have a problem for several in game years and then out of nowhere I'll get an alert that one or more of my bears are critically stressed and trying to hide despite there being no way they can sense guests watching them and both exhibits have ample shelter. Typically they will be at 100% in the green for stress and then quite randomly that'll tank to 0 and their welfare will go along with it. At first I thought there was some point in the fencing vs elevated path that allowed guests to see them, but I've rebuilt both exhibits and its definitely not possible. My Himalayan Brown Bears have some high mountain like elevation, but the Formosans Black Bears are in a dropped elevation exhibit where the guest path is raised slightly but the exhibit fence is 7+ meters. Himalayan Brown Bears make the least amount of sense as they are neutral towards humans and shouldn't have a stress drop like that anyway, but especially not in an exhibit of concrete and 1 way glass. I have snow leopards and red pandas in this zoo ( shy with humans) and giant pandas (neutral) all three in near identical exhibits and haven't had stress drops once in 52 in game years for any of them. Anybody else having this problem? Bug or am I missing something?

If the guests are making too much noise the animals can get stressed. Try to place the "do not disturb" sign in the security tab and see if it solves the problem

Wait, really? Is there anywhere in game this actually says this? I assumed they were purely decorative - but to be fair I also thought this about the security cameras.

I think the game dont teach you about this in any way, I just had the same problem with my nyalas and bongos (very skittish creatures) and indeed the guests were a bit noisy even behind the one-way glass, then I decided to try putting that sign because if it was in the security tab it had to have a function, I thought, if it was merely decorative it would be in the construction tab I guess. Just placing it you'll perceive the guests are less noisy and the stress levels normalize

Wait until you hear that the "do not feed the animals" sign also has effects on the gameplay. It actually reduces the amount of times that visitors feed the animals and make the animals sick.

Geeze, I didnt know that could even happen. I havent used those signs at all!

Bears should be indifferent to the public. A common source of stress is often wrong male female adult ratio, to small closure, not enough enrichment, dirty water or hard shelter to small.

Update: Only played briefly after placing signs this morning, but so far seems to be working. I'll keep an eye on it later when I play again. I do think its a bit extreme that the signs are needed for the Himalayan Brown Bears, as they are listed in the zoopedia as "neutral" to humans so logically they shouldn't be so sensitive to noise imo. The Formosan Black Bears are listed as "shy" so I understand that a bit more, but interesting neither of my other shy animals (snow leopards or red pandas) have had the same stress drop and both are in equally populated guest areas. My bears are all maxed green 100% in social, ratio, space, enrichment and shelter. And typically they are max green on stress, but then suddenly just the stress would nose dive.

I think the educational speakers bother all animals. I keep mine sometimes a meter away from the fence.
