Beavers and Moose together in an enclosure, is it realistic?

Yeah, they'll fit together. The inter species enrichment really only gives bonuses, certain other species can be mixed together, with no bonus. By certain others, I mean herbivores can be mixed together with no problem, as far as fear and predation go. You might have a harder time matching up their terrain and plants, but they'll not be scared or anything.

Basic rule, don't mix any carnivore species with any other type of species at all. There's a few exceptions but that's a good rule to go by. Herbivores should all or mostly all be fine to mix in whatever way you want.

I have a huge enclosure with a large pond in it, I kinda wanted to mix the moose with something else even though it doesnt have inter species enrichment, would the beaver work?
If elk or white-tailed deer were in the game I would say go with those, but beavers will work. Heck, if it’s in a European setting you could put fallow deer or red deer.

Those exceptions to the carnivore rule being big stocky herbivores like elephants, Moose or buffalo. That or small carnivore like meerkats, skunks and raccoons.

That's why I have a mixed habitat with gharials and Indian rhinos which work really well.

This is my idea for the Beavers and Moose:
Forest in the back for the Moose, Pond in the front for the Beavers, to give them some space from eachother for realism purposes.

Right that makes sense. Meerkats would probably be alright with most herbivores based on size, I know they work with Warthogs. Which would be sad if they wouldn't. Timon and Pumbaa need to be together lol

Kind of unrelated but I’m making an urban area in my zoo and I don’t know what animal I should put in it next. I already have red foxes skunks and racoons.

You could use the Fallow Deer as a White Tailed Deer, other options could be Wolf, Badger, Nine Banded Armadillo or Moose are the first that come to mind.
I built a Badger habitat based off your suggestion!

Im not the best builder in the book but I’m proud of it

I'm going to assume it's North American from that roster. In which case I feel a grizzly would work well as a centre piece for the area. Or use a Formosan as a stand in for american black bear.

You can always add butterfly walkthroughs or other exhibits for things too! I agree with the bears (Grizzly) and types of deer. I always use the zoopedia to see what would work best for the "biomes" and the continental theme I go with. It makes it so easy to filter by the biome and continent to ensure that they are matching.
