Becareful accepting 2 rank up missions at the same time!

Just fell prey to this bug. I accepted two rank up missions. Both had about 2 hours to complete so I was golden. This was for empire and I was rank Serf.

I completed the first mission and got promoted to Master. Great!

I then flew to the next system and completed that mission. Now my rank is Serf again. Arg!!! Seriously???
