Galnet is back?!?!? Heck yeah!

Wait is it back or is it "back"? As in can I listen to it in my cockpit like I used to be able to do?

Yes, forgive me for missing that. Galnet is definitely active again. All the adjustments lately (mining nerf, bounty buff) are all tied to in-game events. NMLA terrorists have been screwing with the empire, the feds are (allegedly) harbouring them. Cap ship production has been kicked up and the drums of war are beating. Plus, the Alliance has moved into the Coal Sack and is smacking thargs around. Each of these has Galnet content and/or CGs attached to them.

Not weeks. Months.

I took my break starting in may and even back then everyone knew mining nerfs were on the horizon. How can anyone complain when you have that much of a heads up?


But isn't mining still incredibly profitable? I saw somewhere that you can still manage 20+ million an hour.

Or is that not correct?

You can still make waaaaay more than 20mil an hour.

The Pulse Wave Analyser is broken, so although core mining pays more now than laser mining it's also a lot more difficult with a broken scanner.
