Well your RAM is called "Vengeance" so I'm sure that will make everything faster. Does it come in black, do you know? Things go faster in black ;)

One point is to check how loud the power supply is. With a water cooled CPU you should try and get the whole system quiet.

Apart from the PSU, it looks good.

Personally I always err on the side of caution and over-spec my PSU. Yours is likely more than adequate, but with an overclocked system (and a potential SLI solution I assume later?), I aim for 1000W.
