best place to outfit anaconda?(A plunge into powerplay)

I think it's time to put another battle conda out into the galaxy to do some powerplay.


Anyone know where the outfitting discount is at?

Diaguandri or Lembava. Both high tech with discount. Can get pretty much everything between those two locations.

I just bought mine about a week ago and much to my surprise, a lot of stations offer class 7&8 power plants, shields, power distributed ect.... Just be ready to drop some scrilla

Tbh, I didn't like using the Anaconda for combat, it's kinda slow. And it can't land at outposts. Much prefer to use my Python.

Prismatic shields are great, they use more power and weigh a little bit more mind. However a 7A prismatic for example is roughly equal to having a 7A regular + 2 A0 shield boosters (Roughly 40% improvement over regular A class shields of the same size). Both in terms of power draw and shield strength. So you could do what I do. Use Prismatics instead of using a regular + 2 A0 shield boosters and use those free'd up utility slots for something else.

It's an armed tanker. I'm enjoying it, just the intimidation factor it brings to the table is enough to make any CMDR think about engaging you. There are always pluses and minuses to every ship. The one thing that I love about this ship, besides the intimidation, is I can chew through a python like a hungry dog goes through a bone

You might wanna run those numbers again, 7a shields with 1 class A shield booster will give you over 700 mj on shields .... 7a prismatic by themselves give you exactly 700 mj on shields. Also prismatics weigh double and use 7.35 of your available power, reg 7as with a shield booster give stronger shields and use less power. Prismatics are kinda overhyped, jus one cmdrs opinion.

Hmmm I can get around 100 MJ more shield strength running 2 less A boosters with the prismatic shields...puts my nag irks strength over 1500 and allows me to run 3 chaff.

My advice CMDR would be to go to coriolos.io and tinker with your ship yourself.
