PvP Best Places to Greif?

I would suggest that any Power play home system on a Thursday would be a good place to look for PvP. That 's when the 'Control' rush starts when power player's start to fortify the control systems so they're all picking up their items from their Home System. If those players are in open, then they "should" be aware that they could come under attack by other power players at anytime, so they "shouldn't" complain if attacked (especially if you've pledged to a different power and superpower) and some Power Play squadrons ban solo and private mode for their members, so if someone combat logs, then you can report them to that squadron. (which includes my powerplay commander so I guess I've painted a target on the back of C Hutchison).

One word of warning, some of those groups are well organised and may put you on a kill on sight list for the future.

Powerplay is very definitely on my list of "you don't get to cry foul if someone gives you emergent content over it" items. Just like being wanted, honestly.

If you show up red on the HUD, you're a valid target by any measure.
