Playing around with the Corolis site and a Python may be a bit out of my price range - too bad you can't move money between Commander accounts! So it looks like a AspX for trip which doesn't hurt my feelings.

For such a long trip did you gentlemen pack an AFMU?
Did you need it?

Most def. Never know what will happen. Systems out that way get weird. Binary and trinany stars. You'll warp in beside some or like me, go thru a star. Scariest thing ever.

For a trip to Colonia? Nah. I spent 9 months out in the black without one. Got a bit singed here and there but nothing that affected flight.

AspX without a doubt. It can do just about anything, even fight if you need to. It's also fairly cheap to buy and equip, and certainly cheaper than some of the other options.

I arrived at Colonia with 98% hull and that was due to two instances of not paying attention when in hyperspace such that I ran into the star! Personally, I don't think an AFMU is necessary for such as short trip.

I see the Colonia area has the full line of T-Ships available!
This adventure may be a little slice of heaven - and a nice break from the current rank grinding of my main career.
Kind of exicited to log-on with this 2nd account and see how much money I have.

The Cobra Mk III.

Went to the Crab Nebula with it.
Then travelled around a bit, with it.
Very great! [yesnod]

Took the Cobra Mk IV to Colonia.
It was actually very good too.
But not as good as the Mk III.

So, as soon as I had arrived at Colonia, I sent for my Cobra Mk III.
Now I'm, sort of, on my way to Sagittarius A.

The Cobra Mk III is so super! [yesnod]

The Python offers all you will never need for Colonia! I am starting an engineering project for mine. I'm going to have a cargo loadout, PvE, mining, and for sparring with my wing mates, a PvP build as well.
