I'm moving home base so I need a fast shuttle ship to drop me off at my previous home base to pick up my Asp. I usually use a Sidewinder but the only cheap ships here are a Viper, Adder or Eagle. Which ship should I choose from those 3 to fit an 'A' rated FSD and fuel scoop so I can get from Alioth to Sol in as few jumps as possible.
Best shuttle ship with 'A' rated FSD?

Of those 3, Adder.
Try the Hauler. 31ly jump with a full tank. The 2A scoop is the most expensive component but you can always fit a lower grade unit and sacrifice a bit of scooping speed. If you're really brave you could also forego the shield generator for a jump range of nearly 32.5ly.

Take the ships with equally sized FSD, then remove all but the one with the lowest hull mass, then you have the one that will go furthest with that given FSD class. Then compare those fastest ships in class with each other and find the one with the best range/price ratio.
After advice above and using ED Shipyard to check I used an Adder in the end. What an awful ship - terrible view
