best way to find commodities??

Hi,

Looking for fruit and vegs. Checked the gal map for exports and checked the trade screen where it says the station imports from.
Checked some Agricultural systems.
But none of them are reliable. Show 0 amount when i get there!

If you are doing a fetch mission, especially if it is a high paying one, then yeah you might have trouble finding them close to the system giving the mission.

Several options available from using 3rd party software like INARA or EDDB or keeping it in game and start looking for Agricultural stations maybe two jumps away. I found the latter works, you seem to be outside of the artificial zone the RND gods put in to ensure the commodity is scarce in accordance with the mission.

Thanks. Good tip, should have thought about hat myself that it should be found further away from the famine system.

@Mooka., Yeah, I know inara but I try to not use 3rd party programs :)

Thanks. Found a bunch some 60 ly away.
Also having some issues seeing the right colors because i am partially colorblind

Congrates, glad you were able to complete the mission.

So my guess of them being available a couple of jumps away was right?
