Best way to sell Platinum ?

While mining Painite, I also collect Osmium, Palladium, Samarium and Platinum.

I will keep Osmium, Palladium and Samarium for missions requiring these materials as the payment is better vs selling direct at the commodities market.

How about Platinum ? Do you trade Platinum like Painite (find the station that offers the best price at commodities market) or supply it via missions ? So far I've not seen mission requiring Platinum yet.

they are rare, but they happen. i have used 40tons of platinum since the FC update for missions compared to 250t of osmium (and i can't take all osmium missions for stock).

Best way to sell platinum is to jettison it and use your cargo space for LTDs, Painite, VO or whatever instead.

Opportunity cost and all that jazz.

Best way to make money with platinum palladium is to carry it around for other people.

Edit: Argh, I need more coffee... platinum, palladium, what's the difference...

Platinum price is about 4x higher than palladium I just sold 300plus platinum and made about 22,000,000 at the commodities. Still, did not find any mission related to platinum yet.
