beta 2.4 why are they still not talking about quality of life improvements?

Dogs have bad odeur and bark all the time. They are annoying. Long live the cat people!

(that's how to make sure that half the forum instantly hates you... Well I am sure they already did before...)

We need artificial gravity before cats, or better, inertial dampeners. Much as I'd love a ship's cat, I don't want the poor little guy floating around. Imagine what would happen when you boosted. :(

Basically they are

Repair limpets,
inbox ui updates
Search&Rescue Contact board
sidewider exploit eleminated
changes to Crime&Punishment:
Federation bounties
Pay-off rebuy costs and fines with other ships

I'm guessing the reason they aren't showing these off is because Ed is super busy sorting out October expo, internal builds all have thargoid activated by default, to time consuming to just turn off for Ed, and none of these are really showy off kind of features.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if they couldn't impliment vast UI improvements because they had to support 32bit before but now they don't in this next update... lol :D

so.... QoL will be another year to two.. going by current rate of production, seems at this rate I won't start playing elite until the 10 years are almost up !
