News Beta Server Downtime [N.B. Not for 2.0]

Funny the post has "update our back end services" but my brain translates it to "we are getting the 2.0 Beta servers ready to go online".

I'm really not trying to sound whiny or cranky, but could you please pick one time zone name and stick with either 12 hour clock or 24 hour clock? You've jumped around from CET, GMT, UTC, BST, 24 hour clocks and 12 hour clocks. I don't really mind taking the time to go and convert it so that I understand it, but please just pick one style and stick with it.
