Better Scientists

I have a new idea regarding the scientists. For the next update I would like scientists to have really high and maxed skills and a lot of unrest points and I mean a lot, basically everytime you use a scientist it'll be a while before their unrest level reaches its limit.
 
If anything, I think there's not enough unrest. The scientists are too easy to keep happy, (even with the unrest difficulty on harder) I want more excitement from them, I need scientist events from challenge mode to be added into Sandbox mode.

If there was a sabotage all that happens is a PR Protest... Yawn

I'd also like to have the pros and cons of the individual added onto their applications which define what issues and skills they have.
For example, there was one event where a scientist locked themselves in the security room threatening to shut down all power or open the gates if we don't meet their demands, or someone stole money to pay their gambling debts.

Something like that is already in the game, you can buy a researchable upgrade that hugely increases the staff unrest points. There are also scientists that you can hire that have the “highly motivated” trait and have a lot of unrest points.
 
What I want is for all scientists to have a lot of unrest points and for all scientists skills to be really high and already at maximum thereby making the road to a fully unlocked sandbox mode a lot easier.

Again, as I said you can buy a researchable upgrade that you can unlock (fairly early on, I believe though I could be wrong), that gives all of your scientists a large amount of unrest points. It’s already in the game.

As for all scientist skill points to be at their maximum, that is very unlikely to be in the game. I can only recommend that you train and improve scientists and look out for their traits, whether they’re highly motivated (lots of unrest points from the start) or are specialised (have a lot of skill points in their designated specialisation).

What I want is for scientists to already be fully upgraded so I don't have to worry about them until they're really close to reaching their unrest limits, that way so I can have more time to upgrade my park and bring more dinosaurs into it and less time worrying about my scientists bringing me down.

You know you can turn off unrest right...?
You can also have upgrades to increase the maximum skill points by 3 (1 logistic point per logistic specialist, per staff centre).
 
Yeah, but there are still skins and maps that are not unlocked and I want to unlock them all but I can't because I'm too busy taking care of scientists. It wouldn't have to be that way if they were already fully upgraded.
What do you mean maps and skins to unlock? You mean on challenge mode?
Do you still need to unlock SW USA for example?
 
I don't care, I want everything unlocked for Sandbox Mode now and Frontier has no intention of giving me what I want, that's why I want fully upgraded scientists that I don't have to constantly take care of.
