As far as I understood, one intention for some Beyond design decisions was to release the requirement for using a web browser, e.g. by extended in-game trade info.
Now, with material traders (and probably tech brokers?) they put salt into my wounds: While materials traders are not that close to the engineers as one would expect in an economy, they also have dedicated stock (like "encrypted data trader" or "manufactured materials trader"), which isn't on the system map. Trial and error.
What sense makes a material trader who I seek longer than rare materials? Don't these guys advertise?
In terms of gameplay, what is the idea to make these guys hard to find (same question for ships, modules, ...)
