Beyond The Parks (DLC Concept)

This idea combines a few things from Jurassic World and Jurassic Park's expanded things. The main sources are the Jurassic World: Live Tour, Jurassic World: The Ride, Jurassic Park: The Ride, some from the old Jurassic World website, and some things from concept art and Jurassic Park: The Game. There are also some elements from a few other things to fill in some things for other eras.

New Animals
  • Troodon (JW variant): While there is a Troodon based on the Troodon Pectinodon from Jurassic Park: The Game, this one would be based on Jeanie from the Jurassic World: Live Tour. It would be a larger dinosaur, a longer neck, lose the venom, and would be able to cohabitate with velociraptors as displayed in the Live show. There are several possible alternate skins for the various similarly designed Troodons from older games and the old Jurassic Park Institute look.
  • Ultrasaurus: This is based on the ones appearing in the various Universal Theme park rides. A new sauropod that would work well for it. Skins based on the original and the Jurassic World revamp to it.
  • Psittacosaurus: Also from Jurassic Park: The Ride with the JW update as a skin version.
  • Pteranodon (The Lost World Variant): While not directly appearing, this brings up the number of species up to full and there are several references to them in the park...I can't find proof, but I believe the finished physical ones that were intended for the Lost Worlds original ending had been there for a bit before they closed the Trike encounter and similar.
Existing Dinosaur Skins
  • Velociraptor: The Desert Raptors (From the Live Show), the ride variant raptors, and ones based off of the named raptors that appear in the theme parks. There would also be the IBRIS Velociraptor skins
  • Stegosaurus: Ride Variant
  • Triceratops: Ride Variant
  • Tyrannosaurus: Ride Variant
  • Mosasaurus: Deep Blue ride variant
  • Pteranodon: Based off the color scheme of the Pteranodon Fliers ride
New Rides
  • Boat Tour: This is largely based off of the various ride vehicles with ride structures based on the ride queues. It could be placed in the shallow water and largely operate the same way as the various tour vehicles with a placed trackway. Other vehicles would be based off of the universe in other ways. Jurassic Park would have the Ride version as the basic vehicle, an upgraded one that would be based off of the artwork shown on screen in Jurassic Park during the dinner meeting shortly after arriving on Nublar, and a cheaper version using inflatable boats similar to the river part of the novel and using the looks similar to the old Sega Genesis games. Jurassic World would default to the Ride with an upgrade using the designs from the River Cruise for the Movie and a smaller option using the Kayaks, and the DFG one would use a "repaired" version of the boat Grant and the Kirby's used in JP3, the upgraded would be the transport from getting to Sorna in TLW, and the other would use the Singapore circular rafts from their version of the ride. This may or may not be able to be used in the lagoons.
  • Submarine Tours: Another rail ride, this is based on the Jurassic World concept art with a sub on a rail going through a plesiosaurus tank. The concept art design would work for the DPG era, I'd use the minisub design from Fallen Kingdom for the DFG version, I'm unsure about what would work with the Jurassic Park era, though I believe there was some concept art for a sub for the old Jurassic Park cartoon work intended for a toy.

Lagoon Modification
  • Lagoon Walls/Gates: This would allow lagoons to be linked together, the barrier would be, largely based on the one in Jurassic Park: The Game for keeping species apart with surface and underwater gates for transit between them, largely tied to the submarine tour, but if the Boats work in the lagoon, this could also work to stick to the edge if there's water there.
  • Viewing Tunnels: This is based off of the Jurassic World: The Ride tour sections, you can add water or not, but it would work with different tours to be able to view into a lagoon, would snap to the side.
  • Sub Tunnels: Short sections that could link sub paths between lagoons.
  • Underwater Viewing Domes: The basic version would be based on the research facility from Jurassic Park: The Game. The JW one could be based on something like the Indianapolis Zoo's dolphin dome, and similar things for the DFG one. It would have short tunnels linking it to the sides of the lagoon and/or to other domes.
Ranger Posts
  • Ranger Posts have an upgrade slot
Attractions/Shops
  • Attraction Rides: There would be a ride attraction type. Three definite ones would be the Boneshaker (JP: The Game), the Velocicoaster (Theme Parks), and Pteranodon Fliers (Theme Parks). There are some variants of those in the various parks there. Just a placement option there rather than a build a coaster.
  • Building Decor: Various things based off of the shops and food options in the parks.
Research
  • IBRIS Project: A research option with upgrade for ranger posts. Having one will reduce dominance fights for dinosaurs in it
  • Dino Decoder: A research option with upgrade for ranger posts. Having one will slow comfort losses of dinosaurs in it
  • Harding Initiative: A research option with upgrade for ranger posts. Having one will slow the spread and health effects of disease.
Maps
  • Ilsa Nublar Research Center: Would have the raptor pen as a feature.
  • INGEN Chile Facility: This would be a more mountain/desert design based on that part of the Live Tour
  • Ilsa Adventura, Florida: Based on the general bits around the main thing for the Jurassic Park: The Ride story.
  • Singapore: A more generic one that is a bonus, based around the setup for the Universal park there. It would be the generally unlocked one at start with the others having completion unlocks.
Mini Campaign (Decoding The Dinosaurs)
  • Mission 1 (Project IBRIS): This uses the Ilsa Nublar Research Center as the map with the Jurassic World theming. This would tie the IBRIS Project from the old JW backstory to the Live Tours own Dino Decoder story. It would use Kate, Oscar, and Martin for the divisions and things from each of them there with a bit from Owen there. It moves through the early part of the Live Tour story
  • Mission 2 (Chile Rescue): Uses the INGEN Chile Facility as the map with the DFG theming. This is basically a cleanup from a wrecked facility that INGEN had with a rescue some dinosaurs there. A lot of it would be spawned dinosaurs on the map at different times that you'd be warned about and need to contain.
Mini Campaign (River Adventure)
  • Mission 1 (Jurassic Park: Florida): This uses the Ilsa Adventura map with the Jurassic Park theming. This would be more of a tutorial for the river ride and building things for it. Ending it with a major hurricane and forced evacuation at the end of the story that ends the park.
  • Mission 2 (Jurassic World: Florida): This uses the map and setup from Mission 1 to set things up and adds a lot of damage to it that needs to be brought back up and really making it thrive in the Jurassic World time.

Hello, I am glad at finding this post so as not to make a double posting so without further ado here are my own bits that I would add to your list:
I. Creatures
-Sarcosuchus and Purusuchos (an alligator) and other crocs/gators (including the massive Colombian beast that coexisted during Titanoboa time);
-Titanoboa (I am sure there were dino era snakes);
-Giant Squid (they were apperantly found in colder areas which the reptiles hunted for it, other reptiles and smaller squids oh, they weren't exactly victims and I would love to see one or two of those beasts wrapping around the Mosa and the tadpole jumping out of water trying to shake it/them off);
-Dunkleostus (the one bite fish);
-dino era sharks;
-Scorpio Rex, Spino Sino (two canon Camp Cretaceous hybrids);
-Argentinosaurus;
-Quetzalcoatlus;
-Archeon;

II. Enclosures:
-underwater decorations (sunken ship, coral reefs, rocks, etc);
-river plants;
-caves;
Edit:
-waterfalls (there are ways to create mountains so if we just add water to them downward well you have waterfall);

III. Attractions:
-Balloon Tours (which can be destroyed in storms and finish on a random enclosure;
-Petting Zoo (and if the adults hear the creatures of their same species in peril well, they breakout to rescue them);

IV. Maps:
-JWE1 Redwood Isla Sorna (the form is perfect for creating most stores and attractions on the western area and make a huge tour system (ground and air) that goes to all other zones and if you want to make a small enclosure for the hatchery connected to a viewing gallery while you release the creatures to the wild (you will have to add a giant perimeter fence around the park, add a pair of towers, a gate for MVU's and Ranger Jeeps plus a few feeders while carnivores hunt other dinos, add ranger posts disguised around), herbivores and carnivores will need to be replaced as they perish;
-expand Isla Sorna Site B JP3 to the clearing upwards of the parachute EE and the landing strip);
-JWE1 Claire Sanctuary DLC maps (also good for dino reserve);
-JWE1 campaing and Secrets of Dr. Wu maps (good for more chaos mode and challenges);
Edit:
-Russia, China, Marruecos.

I was mainly attempting to create something from just the parks, then upgraded with the Live Show things which tied back into IBRIS. Other than the IBRIS skins the dinosaurs are all connected to the Universal Parks attractions and the live shows.

While the Kayaks were in Camp Cretaceous, they also appear in the movie, there's a jungle cruise from the web site (more things to add options to the boat tours). A lot of the Dominion and Camp Cretaceous things would be in their own DLC options.

There are some interesting things there that could be interesting such as the sauropod platforms from JW art and Tyrannosaurus Kingdom for some other viewing options.

For the petting zoo, I've considered things that might work since the game doesn't really handle juveniles and hatchlings...perhaps making it a thing for the hatcheries as an upgrade that would up the attraction value while a bay is in use

Good ideas but, there are more things to add that fit with your planning, you are playing it too safe in some areas. With dinosaurs you need to go big or what will happen is for an Allo killing 3 Metri because she is ed.

All of our ideas can be different updates, so restricting yourself to just the parks you will block yourself of possibilities because imagine this as well:
Attractions:
-Insect Kingdom (a module for the building);
-Amphibian Kingdom (another module);

Maps:
-imagine a map that is 20% land and 80% water which you can build fences but they look more like Heavy fences for sea creatures enclosures, you would start in a retrofitted oil rig and the paths you make are connected to land and then to get to the sea enclosures just imagine the tunnels in Aquariums with a domed viewing gallery, tours would then be boat and subs for the sea and the usual land based for the 20% once unlocked (this would go well as a Challenge or Chaos Mode at first). The rig would incorporate already: Ranger HQ (with subs and Jeeps as well one helicopter), Paleo Medical (land MVU and MVU Sub), Control Center and a Science Department (Expedition Center, Staff Quarters need to be payed for expanding the rig with a second joined platform) and the Arrival Point well, it is a Ferry connected to the Rig.

A lot of the extra things beyond that could come as an attached free update or tied into something else.

A "coastal" arrival point would be an interesting addition that I'd love to see anyway. You have the one from Jurassic World and Camp Cretaceous for the JW era, the camp dock could work for a DFG one, and there's several elements from Jurassic Park: The Game that could be utilized as a starting point for a JP dock...and there is also the San Diego docks that could be merged with the DFG one more easily for the more utilitarian one for it. For JP, possibly also adding some of the other dock that was shown during the contact with Nedry. Just having boats show up rather than helicopters and it would only work on maps with a deep water side of it.
