The current BGS implementation has finally fallen to Hutton's team and we THINK we have it all under control now despite a few lingering foibles. Any help we can provide regarding advice, we are happy to supply.

Nowadays, we manage as well as possible our BGS for our systems. But, as always, we'd like to do a better job, and therefore we need to understand how it works. I know it's quite buggy, but I think a lot of things works.

What I need to know is what to do to counter one state. Do you know where I can find such information, please? A list of Do and Don't would be wonderful...
