Biological and Geological Signals?

Greetings Commanders,
in every tutorial I have seen a commander is scanning a planet with his DOS and now wants to visit the point of interests.

By the way i forgot to turn the client on English so "biologisch" is biological and "Geologisch" is geological.
Now in every tutorial The commanders a switching to Navigation where those signals are listed. But as you can see here they are not:

Did I messed something up? How am I able to visit those signals now?

Thanks for every helping guy out there!

I was also thinking of making a topic on this issue. All geological and biological signals are missing. I was just thinking of seeing what the geological anomalies with the new graphic look like, but it turned out that they were completely missing. The planets are full of any randomly generated signals. but not those of volcanism
and now the rescue capsule is a biological signal?

This was changed in Odyssey. The biological and geological signals are no longer visible as a POI in your Navigation tab.
You now have a filter in your DSS (look above the planet in your screenshot) with which you can filter the scanned surface.
I think the high intensity colored area will contain the filtered signals (i still haven't figured out yet myself as in VR the DSS is completely broken at the moment).
So you scan, filter and then fly to a high intensity colored area, look around and you will probably find what you are looking for.

Thanks for the info. last night I didn't have time to check everything. i will check it now and hope it works.

If you’re after materials be aware that the new sites are not droping anything but low grade stuff right now. Hopefully that’s a bug.

I noticed this with a geological location.
I tried every type of material on the geo objects.
Needles, crytals etc etc, they all gave the same material which was just Carbon a G1.

I don't know but the filters show absolutely nothing or I don't see it. shows me that I have 3 geological signals but does not show where. I traveled the planet twice to notice something. There are materials from the cargo racks of the wrecked ships
could anyone show a screenshot of what a geological signal looks like. because I see nothing.

I finally discovered geological objects. I expected them to be as usual in the field. But now they are logically located in volcanic craters and I like that. But I noticed that not every dark blue area has any objects. it seems random. and the materials you can get now from geological objects is just iron. Тhe same situation applies to biological objects, not in every dark blue area there is something. hope to be fix this soon..

¿Do you mind sharing a tutorial link? I've watched some in youtube and i can't find what I'm doing wrong. I'm able to throw probes to the planets, i go to 100% but i can't switch to heatmode

In the center of the screen in DSS you can see the filter is controlled by the Q and E keys. It is available only in DSS mode. Looking for the dark blue areas there you can find the objects you are looking for. You land, take your SRV and get ready for a few kilometers. travel . https://ibb.co/0hYBGQk
At the moment it is more interesting to look for biological objects and good money is earned. I hope that in the future a geological profile will be added similar to the biological one now. and be able to collect geological samples on foot

Is there a way to know which planet have those? The problem was that i went to several planets and noone had biological signatures. Can I avoid traveling into a planet which doesnt have anything? It's kinda of annoying

currently the planets with biological signals are those with an atmosphere (thin). and geologically active planets are close to gas giants or stars or are very close to each other (dual planetary system) use your scanner to scan the system and if it is populated scan the navigation beacon. There you will see everything that is on the planets. just use FSS (Full Spectrum System scanner ) use it to find all the celestial bodies in the system and their features

Rolled up to a "Geological site" on an undiscovered planet 700Ly out from Colonia. Lost the SRV as the hostile sentry drones at the base blasted me to bits. Odd, as I'd just gotten first footfall....
