RCT 3 IOS Black Scrolling Ride Signs Broken - They Stop Scrolling

The black "Scrolling Ride Signs" for the each of the ride queue lines which scroll the Ride Name are broken an do not work properly. They will work at first for awhile including after building a new ride for awhile.

However, if you exit the game for any reason for awhile then go back to it later on to play more and look at Scrolling Signs again at that point in time you'll notice they completely stop scrolling and stay blackened with no ride names scrolling on them.

The only workaround I've found is closing and reopening the old ride and then the black scrolling sign will turn back on again and be fine but then the same problem repeats itself later on again. The same thing will happen for building new rides past that too.

This sounds like a potential memory glitch - apologies for this!

My suggestion would be: in between gaming sessions, after closing and saving the game, could you please close the app down from your iOS devices' multi-tasking menu?

This means that the device doesn't need to remember exactly what the game was doing, and can let it take a break. It also means the game will start afresh, and hopefully stop the problem! :)

No problem, I am just reporting it since I can see it is an issue and felt you should know about it.

Additionally, I was actually attempting to try to troubleshoot and resolve this myself before coming here for it but other than the "Close|ReOpen Ride" workaround unfortunately nothing else has worked to fix it yet.

I've tried closing the app from the multitasking menu, restarting the app, restarting my phone, exiting the app properly through the in-game menu then closing it, and a few other things but each time it's been the same end-user issue that keeps reoccurring.

Oddly enough though...the game worked fine the first few days I had it and it wasn't an issue then about a couple days ago I noticed this problem...and now it won't go away even after a fresh reinstalling of the game.

I just hope you guys can find a way to help get it fixed. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, didn't see this until later on in the day for some reason.

Anyhow, yes I can confirm that I have the latest version of the RTC3 App "v1.0.2" .

Also, if you guys need any screenshots or technical reports just let me know and I gladly jump through any hoops to lend a hand with this and anything else if needed.
