The only thing that puzzles me is the third bullet point...
"Each Bobblehead design can only be owned and displayed once at any one time."
Could anyone perhaps explain what that means?

Maybe that there are a few 'anchors' for mutliple bobbleheads and you can only have one of each out at a time rather than a creepy alignment of Mr. Braben?
Or that you can only have one bobble head active at a time?
