Bookmarks no longer work properly

Prior to Odyssey I had some bookmarks that were to stations within a system. When plotting a course to that bookmark, it would take you through all the jumps, then when in the final system it was already pointing to the bookmarked station -- this no longer works. Once you get to the system, the final station is NOT selected and you have to pull up the nav window and select it again.

I tried re-creating the bookmark, but the same problem happens.

Was anything at all tested? I mean seriously, they did not even apply a default KEYBOARD map for "On foot" travel leaving the first thing a player sees is "Press ?? to walk", "press ?? to scan", "press ?? to switch to overcharge mode", etc. Is this a joke?

I am also wondering what happened to route plotting to stations from bookmarks. It doesn't seem to work anymore. I'm having to select the system, navigate to the system map and select the station that way.

Am I missing something or has this been removed? Or is it just broken?

Also asteroid base bookmarks don't show up in the stations list. They're systems as far as bookmarks are concerned.

I didn't play the alpha enough to notice. By the time we actually got to fly, I was busy spamming data to buy my carrier.

Yes. I agree with you - the route plotting to station bookmarks is not the same as it was in Horizons and you need to re-select the station from navigation when arriving in system.

However, the title of this thread is "Bookmarks no longer work properly" so I am also mentioning other aspects of the bookmark system that don't work properly.
